Members of the Young People’s Advisory Group work together with other young people and our team to deliver interesting projects throughout the year.  We hold meetings every few months at Guy’s Hospital, London Bridge or virtually as needed. Members also have the opportunity to listen to talks from our researchers and give feedback on current research projects.

This is a unique opportunity to hear about and influence ground breaking clinical research and to meet like-minded people. The group also offers members access to professionals in a wide range of health research careers who can share their knowledge, all of which is a great addition to CVs and UCAS applications.

You do not need any previous experience; – just a willingness to attend and contribute to meetings. You must be aged 14 to 18, attend school in Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham and have permission from a parent or carer.

Full training and support will be provided.

If you would like to find out more please email Jacintha McGahon or call 07557 498 173.
