Want to help shape the future of health research?
If so, why not join our Research Advisory Group?
We are expanding the membership of our Research Advisory Group to help us improve our research, maximise research benefits to patients and help to determine our research priorities for the next five years.
Our Research Advisory Group brings together patients, carers and members of the local community to support and advise researchers about how best to involve and engage patients and the public in research.
You don’t need any experience of research to be part of the advisory group. You just need:
- an enthusiasm for health research
- to be a resident or work in Lambeth, Lewisham or Southwark, and/or
- to have been a patient of Guy’s and St Thomas’ in the last five years
It’s important that the membership of the group reflects the diverse population of our community. We welcome applications from all but are particularly seeking applications from black, Asian and other minority ethnic groups, as well as people of working age and college/university students.
Currently all group meetings take place online.
Where possible meetings will be arranged to accommodate working schedules.
Please apply by 14th February 2021. You can complete an application here: bit.ly/RAG2021.
