Our analytical infrastructure is second to none with analytical pipelines for the automated processing of gene expression and genomics data sets.

We have developed standard analytical pipelines for the automated processing of gene expression (mRNA/mRNA microarrays and RNA-seq) and genomics (SNP/CGH microarrays, exome and whole-genome DNA sequencing) data sets.

Computational methods picture

We are also developing computational methods for the integrated analysis of genomics and clinical data within the context of functional pathways. Most of our workflows utilise a combination of open-source, commercial and custom-built software running under flexible and scalable workflow management systems.

As part of this service, we can provide training on supported analysis solutions to individual labs on request. Please contact Dr Emanuele de Rinaldis, Head of the Translational Bioinformatics platform, at emanuele.de_rinaldis@kcl.ac.uk or by telephone on 020 7188 7188 ext 53922.
