Members of the Young People’s Advisory Group will work together with other young people and our team to deliver interesting projects throughout the year.  We will hold meetings every few months at Guy’s Hospital, London Bridge. The young people will also have the opportunity to listen to talks from our researchers and give feedback on current research projects.

This is a unique opportunity to hear about and influence ground breaking clinical research and to meet like-minded people. The group also offers members access to professionals in a wide range of health research careers who can share their knowledge, all of which is a great addition to CVs and UCAS applications.

We are always looking for new members. If you are a 14 to 18 year olds attending schools in Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham, contact claire.oneill@gstt.nhs.uk or jacintha.mcgahon@gstt.nhs.uk. Expenses associated with attending meetings will be reimbursed, and refreshments will be provided.

For more information about the group contact claire.oneill@gstt.nhs.uk or jacintha.mcgahon@gstt.nhs.uk.
