Our Next Generation Medical Imaging Advisory Group is made up of patients, carers or family members with experience of conditions relating to the brain, heart or cancer.

Research scientists from Guy’s & St Thomas’ and King’s College London’s School of Biomedical Engineering & Imaging Science (BMEIS) are seeking members to join their Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) group to help improve research into medical imaging.

The group provides invaluable insight and helps to shape medical imaging projects and questions to make research more relevant, impactful and patient-focused.

The group holds face-to-face meetings every three months to discuss research projects with members and there is also interim contact (via email/phone) between meetings.
