Following on from last years popular pilot the BRC is hosting two half day workshops for paediatric related research staff about how to involve children, young people and families in designing, managing and communicating research.
The sessions will provide an overview of patient and public involvement in research, and an in-depth look at ideas and methods for involving children, young people and their familiy members in the research processes, using recent case studies and including topics such as safeguarding and communication, and an opportunity to speak directly to young people about their experiences.
