Following the success of the last 2 last years Communicating Skills for Engaging the Public in Research Workshop, we are offering you an opportunity to attend the session this year.
The workshop aims to encourage you to explore the social and ethical implications of your research and receive advice on how to engage in two way communication with the wider public and explore ways that researchers can raise the publics’ awareness about research, with the aim of encouraging more people to get actively involved.
This free workshop is available to all GSTT and KCL research staff who are interested in participating and supporting the Biomedical Research Centre’s public engagement in science activities.
The session is being provided by the British Science Association which has a long track record of communicating science with the public.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a place please contact claire.dossi@gstt.nhs.uk or telephone 0207 1886333
