Our core facilities

We have invested funds secured from the NIHR in state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to enable researchers to conduct high quality translational research projects. These technologies should accelerate our ability to deliver new diagnostic procedures and medical treatments to patients.

These core facilities include:

• clinical research facilities at both Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals
• a state-of-the-art genomics facility, situated on the 7th Floor of Guy's Tower
• a flow cytometry facility, offering professional support and leading-edge instrumentation for high throughput flow cytometric analysis and cell sorting
• a good manufacturing practice (GMP) facility, situated on the 15th Floor of Guy's Tower
